1. Operator and application
Yacine TV is operated by TVMatch Apps. The App provides football scores, fixtures, match details, lineups, standings, predictions, news, quizzes, favorites and notifications.
2. No live television or video streaming
Yacine TV is a football information and companion application. The App does not host, transmit or provide live television channels or live video streams.
3. Eligibility and children
The App may be used by children under 13 only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing permissions, advertising settings and the child’s use of the App.
4. Limited permission to use the App
Subject to these Terms, TVMatch Apps grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to install and use the App for lawful, non-commercial purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App except where law expressly permits.
- Interfere with the App, servers, APIs, security systems or other users.
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload or extract data without permission.
- Use the App for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or infringement.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with YACINE TV, TVMatch Apps or the trademark proprietor.
6. Football data, news and third-party content
Scores, schedules, lineups, tables, news and other football information may be supplied by third-party providers. Content may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, uninterrupted availability or completeness.
Team names, badges, competition names, flags, photographs and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Predictions, quizzes and entertainment features
Predictions, voting, quiz answers, points and similar features are provided for information and entertainment only. They are not professional advice, betting services or guarantees of any match result.
8. Advertising
The App may display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob or other approved providers. Advertising availability and treatment may vary according to age, region, consent, device settings and applicable law.
9. Notifications and device permissions
Certain features may request notifications, location or other device permissions. You may manage these permissions through device settings. Some features may not work fully when a required permission is denied.
10. Intellectual property
The YACINE TV logo/device mark is registered in India under Trademark No. 5261108, Class 9. Ownership remains with the registered proprietor. TVMatch Apps uses the mark for the identified application under written authorization.
The App’s software, interface, design, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited permission expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, content or availability at any time. We may also issue updates needed for security, compatibility or policy compliance.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVMatch Apps and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of data, lost profits or reliance on scores, predictions, notifications or third-party content. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Suspension or termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
15. Privacy
Information processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
